I am a Senior Product Designer with a background in Industrial Design Engineering. This foundation allows me to approach every product by connecting functionality, user experience, technology, and business goals.
For over eight years, I have worked end-to-end across discovery, UX Research, functional definition, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping and testing, UI and interaction design, Design Systems, functional documentation, handoff, and production follow-up. I have also led Product Design initiatives and collaborated directly with Product Managers, Engineering, Business, Support, and Operations.
Additionally, I lead e-commerce and digital transformation projects, building sales ecosystems from scratch and connecting the shopping experience, technology, analytics, acquisition, CRM, automation, and AI to optimize operations, conversion, and business growth.
